Protect is the option to lock the trivum setup website with a password. With Protect you protect your trivum Multiroom System from unauthorized changes to the setup.

At the same time, Protoct also limits access to settings that are partially possible through the trivum app.

Protect is a simple solution. Protect does not claim to keep "hackers" away from your system. As soon as a password has been set in the setup in the Protoct area, the password must be entered the next time the setup is called up.

Protect is simple and therefore uncomplicated to use. There is no cloud compulsion and no emails are sent. The password is stored locally on the trivum Multiroom System Master.

A password must be assigned upon activation. This can be very simple, or complicated, just as you wish.

Protect is not a security feature in the strict sense, because it cannot ward off a professional "attack". This is also not the intention of Protect. It’s about quick, easy protection against unintentional changes to your trivum Multiroom configuration.
