Shipping is carried out by DPD (DPD Dynamic Parcel Distribution GmbH & Co.), DHL, UPS, TNT or other logistics partners.
Unless otherwise stated for the respective item, the delivery time is 3 - 5 working days from the day after conclusion of the contract. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If the ordered goods cannot be delivered - for example due to unforeseeable high demand or bottlenecks at suppliers - you will be informed immediately of any delay caused by this.

For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional country-specific customs duties, taxes and fees may apply. The amount of the fees depends on the country of delivery. Please ask your local customs office for these fees. These fees are to be borne by you. Furthermore, depending on the transport company commissioned, additional service and processing fees may be incurred over which we have no influence and which are also to be borne by you.
For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

You do not need a PayPal account for this payment option.
If you choose to pay in advance, we will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation. The invoice amount must be transferred to our account within 14 calendar days. If payment is not made in full and on time, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract.
If you have selected the "PayPal" option during the ordering process, you will be taken to the PayPal page immediately after completing the order. Please log in there and follow the instructions from PayPal.
