InStreamer - Integrate audio sources via network

The trivum InStreamer is the perfect music source for your home. Connect Bluetooth, AUX or USB and stream content to multiple devices - simultaneously! Whether SONOS, Internet radio or smartphone, the InStreamer connects everything in your network.

The universal audio source for your home!

The trivum InStreamer is the perfect music source for almost any audio system. Whether in combination with trivum multiroom systems or other devices that can play web radio or internet radio - the InStreamer brings your music to the point.

Versatile connection options

Connect your record player or CD player to the InStreamer and enjoy the sound directly on your smartphone or another device in the same network. This turns your home into a place where music is available in every corner.

Multiple devices? No problem!

The InStreamer allows multiple players to access one Bluetooth transmitter at the same time. It acts as a Bluetooth receiver and makes the music signal available via a WebStream - ideal for your old Internet radio, your SONOS system and your iPhone - all synchronized and without restrictions.

Flexibility through versatile inputs

The InStreamer offers you maximum flexibility:
  • Bluetooth
  • Digital/analog AUX input
  • USB connection for your favorite music files
All three audio sources can be output simultaneously to three independent WebStreams. So you can listen to different content on different devices - just the way you like it.

Perfect for trivum Multiroom

In combination with a trivum multiroom system, the InStreamer becomes an unbeatable companion. Each zone can easily access all three sources without complicated settings.

A note on synchronicity

Please note that there is a slight time offset when converting the audio signal. The InStreamer is therefore only suitable for use with TV sound to a limited extent, as the picture/sound synchronization (lip sync) may be impaired.

With the trivum InStreamer, you can turn your home into a networked audio oasis. Discover unlimited music enjoyment with your personal audio source for all devices!

Analog Audio Extender Set
Audio extender set to transmit analog audio signals 300m What you need to know about the Audio Extender Set The trivum Audio Extender Set is a professional solution for transmitting analog audio signals over long distances using standard network cables. The set consists of 3 parts: Audio Transmitter XT:LINE Audio Receiver XR:LINE Power supply unit You can find a detailed description of the individual products as links in the 'Contents' tab or simply click on the list above. Features of the Audio Extender Set The trivum audio extender solution has the following advantages over direct connections (simple adapters or adapters with galvanic isolation): up to 300 metersThe active symmetrical transmission of the signals (audio + trigger + power supply) is the basis of the trivum Audio Extender solution. Interference-freeThe principle of balanced audio transmission minimizes noise caused by interference in the cable path. This complex technical solution is now standard in many studios due to its advantages. Hum-freeThe active galvanic isolation of the transmitter and receiver prevents hum loops caused by potential differences. Neutral soundIn contrast to the solution using passive galvanic isolation with transformers, the trivum solution has a better sound because transformers change the sound image and cut or distort the frequency response. The OP amps used in the active trivum extenders are technically far superior to the passive solution. No time delayIn contrast to products that work via IP networks, the trivum solution has no delay. IP solutions (wireless or cable) have to digitize the audio signal, then transmit the data in packets over the network, then reassemble it in a buffer and finally convert it into an audio signal. This takes too long to transmit lip-synchronized TV sound, for example. With trigger signalA trigger signal is passed potential-free from the transmitter to the receiver. The voltage is adjusted to 12V. The trigger input reacts with high impedance to voltages between 5V and 24V. The trigger signal is then available at the receiver with a load of 12V / 80mA. Groundlift switchGroundlift prevents ground loops as it separates the signal ground of the transmitter and receiver. Groundlift should therefore be active by default. In rare cases, however, it may be helpful not to activate Groundlift: If excessive interference is not produced by ground loops. This interference (whistling, humming, rattling) is caused by unclean switching power supplies or plug-in power supplies without earthing. Unproblematic placementIn contrast to passive galvanic isolation using transformers, the trivum solution is not magnetically susceptible to interference. The adapter can therefore be placed anywhere, even in the vicinity of power supply units.
